Responsibilities:

Provide professional and friendly customer service at the branch counter.

Complete the car rental process, including contract preparation, vehicle inspection, and explanation of terms and conditions.

Advise customers on different available vehicle models and their features.

Manage reservations and follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory rental experience.

Resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and courteously.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability and cleanliness.
Requisitos
-
Previous customer service experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
-
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
-
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

English proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
