At Automarket, we are looking for a Credit & Collections Manager who will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall credit strategy and accounts receivable portfolio management.

This role plays a key part in protecting the financial health of the customer portfolio, strengthening credit policies, and implementing recovery strategies that drive operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

We are seeking a professional with strong analytical capabilities, strategic vision, and leadership experience, able to balance credit risk management with the development of strong commercial relationships and effective portfolio management.

  • Lead the company’s credit and collections strategy, ensuring effective portfolio management and risk control.

  • Oversee and develop the Credit & Collections team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are achieved.

  • Evaluate and manage credit risk to support sound financial decision-making.

  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead negotiations with corporate clients and key accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.

  • Monitor portfolio indicators including aging, delinquency rates, provisions, and recovery performance.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize collection processes and improve cash flow.

  • Prepare strategic reports and portfolio analysis for senior management decision-making.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Finance or Business Administration is highly desirable.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk management, and portfolio recovery strategies.

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing performance indicators.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
